When can we get the printable version of the program sheet, you know where it shows all the events going on at what times and what room and all that jazz?

In about 5 hours, when I get home from work and can post it everywhere. :)

I have a problem. THE NEWSLETTER/SCHEDULE IS A LIE. I signed up for the mailing list quite a while ago and I still have yet to receive any mail from them. Does it just take a long time or is there something wrong?

Um, I assure you, it’s not. I sent it myself, twice yesterday. Check your spam folder? You also should have received a confirmation email, once you verified your subscription.

Yay schedule, plotting what to do now! Quick question though, I'm signed up for the cosplay contest and online I said I'd wanted to do craftsmanship, but I'm not sure I want to do that anymore! Do I have to tell anybody such or do I just not send in my form?

According to our amazing Cosplay head, Katie:

She/he should let me know so I can uncheck them in the program.

Email cosplay@ndkdenver.org :)

I just got ridiculously excited about NDK, when I looked at my work schedule and saw my time off finalized for that weekend! :D EEEEEEEE!

woohoo! it’s so close OMG!

Registration for just one day is still $30 right?

Yes, that’s correct. (It’s $50 for the weekend)

cometkins replied to your post: so if registration is only on saturday… this means that people who come on friday but didn’t pre-reg couldn’t come or…? cause we didn’t pre-reg on time. and just thinking buying the badge on the day itself.

I never knew you guys had pre-reg open on thursdays! That’s really nice since my friends and I were going to come down on thursday o:

Yup! Started this a couple years ago. We do have to be careful: the hotel is nice enough to let us do this, since it’s not officially our space yet. We also ask people remember that there may be other activities non-con related going on, and not be loud in the hallways. You may also have to pay for parking.

I’m so confused… does that mean if you have already pre-registered then you can pick up your pass on Thursday? Or does it just mean that you can register officially for the con one day before it starts?

Thursday is pre-reg only, meaning pre-reg pickup. :) Pre-registration ended Aug. 19.

Ohhh, okay, thanks so much! My mind. It is at ease now.

I answered the question with Friday in mind. Reg is actually open the entire weekend. Here are the hours again:

Registration, Front Lobby
Thursday:(pre-reg only) 7-10pm
Friday: (pre-reg only) 11am – 8pm
Friday: (on-site registration) 1-8pm
Saturday: 9am-7pm
Sunday: 9am-2pm

reaper-cuttlefish replied to your post: If we’re buying a pass at the convention itself, what time should we expect the sales stand to open?

Oh, actually, even if we’re buying the pass on the Saturday, is it also 1pm?

Here’s Reg’s hours for the weekend, according to our (almost finished) super-sekrit mobile awesomeness:

Friday: (pre-reg only) 11am – 8pm
Friday: (on-site registration) 1-8pm
Saturday: 9am-7pm
